July 29 - we decorated our deck to look like the deck of a pirate ship
and gathered family and friends - a total of 50 - to celebrate Bronwen's 21st
birthday.
It started early in the afternoon so that young kids could enjoy some fun with a treasure hunt in the garden and a piņata in the shape of a treasure chest. The party continued later into the evening and ended with fireworks. Most people caught the spirit of the event and came dressed as pirates or related individuals.
The best group was the Gaunt family who arrived in style in their pirate-mobile with the jolly roger flying
