The UVL Convention marked the 50th anniversary of United and the Saturday evening function
was a fancy dress soiree with the theme being open to anything special from the past 50 years.
We settled on our favourite movie - Crocodile Dundee - with Gordon as Mick and Jenny as his "Sheila" !
Yes - that is a REAL knife - much to the amusement of everyone - but not real crocodile teeth on the hat !
Sunday evening was a little more formal with the 50th anniversary banquet and we again
enjoyed the luxury of five-star treatment.
