In mid-July Gordon flew to Vancouver and was luck to have a clear, early morning
flight over the Rockies so the views were spectacular. This shot is over Abraham Lake
in the David Thompson highway corridor.
This view is over the huge icefields on the Continental Divide. Melt water from these glaciers feed rivers that flow
to three oceans - Pacific, Arctic and Atlantic - hundreds of miles from here.
